I am a bit late in posting this, but we have started working on the bottom of the craft. Keeping in mind that we will be glueing all joints, and that this is a prototype of which we aren't all that particular about how it looks - I'd say it is is coming along nicely... ugly, but nicely

My father and I worked away at the craft again this afternoon, we started the cabin - seeing as we will need it in place before we can really start to skin the whole thing in. Just a couple more things left to do before I can start skinning in the deck now!

Dewie's Hovercraft: Some ''final'' work is getting done |

Well today I put in some rivits to make everything solid. As you can see we are currently working without the last rib (rib 6) as it was not cut out with all the other ribs on the first sheet of aluminum. This was for the better as we figured out a way to make the rear rib so it won't have to be skinned in, and so it will attatch to the rib in front of it. All in all nothing here is very pretty - but this is just the prototype. We have found a lot of things we want to do differently for the next craft.
